Short-Term General Laborer (Warehouse Project) Job Overview We are seeking dependable and hard-working General Laborers for a short-term, 2-week project at a warehouse facility in Stafford, TX . This project focuses primarily on dismantling commercial warehouse shelving, organizing materials, and preparing the space. If you are reliable, physically fit, and looking to make competitive weekly pay quickly, this is a great opportunity. Compensation & Schedule Pay Rate:
$17.00 per hour Duration:
Temporary (Estimated 2-week project) Schedule:
Full-time hours 8am-5pm or 12pm-9pm Location:
Stafford, TX (Must have reliable transportation to the job site) Key Responsibilities Dismantling & Tear-Down:
Safely disassemble large commercial warehouse shelving units, racking systems, and fixtures using basic hand tools. Heavy Lifting:
Frequently lift, carry, and move heavy metal beams, shelves, and construction materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Material Handling:
Stack, organize, and palletize disassembled materials neatly to prepare them for transport or storage. Site Clean-Up:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by clearing debris, sweeping work areas, and disposing of waste material. Team Collaboration:
Follow directions from the project supervisor and work efficiently alongside team members to meet tight daily deadlines. Qualifications & Requirements Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and perform strenuous physical labor for an entire 8- to 10-hour shift. Lifting Ability:
Must be comfortably able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the day. Tools:
Experience using basic hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, rubber mallets) is preferred. Safety Mindset:
Strict adherence to safety protocols. Experience working in warehouse, construction, or demolition environments is a plus. PPE Requirement:
Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (Steel-toed boots are required; gloves and safety glasses are highly recommended). Reliability:
