Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewProSource People is hiring a Warehouse Associate / Order Picker for a leading master distributor of industry-recognized valves located in Stafford, TX. This position is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, dependable, and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for accurately picking orders, preparing products for shipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting daily warehouse operations.Job Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently pick and prepare customer orders
- Package finished products for shipping, including shrink wrapping, boxing, and labeling
- Perform daily cycle counts as assigned
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Complete general warehouse duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager
- Assist with inventory control and product organizationRequirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to use or learn RF Scanner systems (Epicor Prophet21 WMS)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be dependable and able to follow directions
