Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Control Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will track inventory and stock changes. Your responsibilities include overseeing inventory control, managing deliveries, receiving, storing, picking, packing, operating a forklift and providing overall organization of inventory. Responsibilities Perform receiving and order fulfillment Maintains inventory cycle count and physical inventory of the facility, leads audits, and completes inventory reports. Identify discrepancies and document them properly. Conduct adjustments and transfer transactions as needed. Ensure compliance and manage Company processes and procedures that ensure high-level inventory accuracy for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods. Trace history of items to determine the root cause of discrepancies and find ways to prevent them in the future. Ensuring all documentation related to inventory flows are completed, accurate and filed correctly. Identifying, analyzing, and addressing gaps in inventory processes. Oversee the training and cross-training of inventory employees Keeps work and warehouse areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition always. Performs other duties as requested. Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience performing cycle count, shipping/receiving, stock control, inventory and recordkeeping functions preferred Material handling equipment experience preferred Experience with MRP/ERP systems; Netsuite preferred Ability to effectively communicate with leadership, multiple departments Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to maintain quality and safety standards Ability to use material handling equipment Knowledge of warehouse and inventory integrity standards Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects up to 45 pounds Ability to detect and communicate effectively with supervisors Join our team as a Inventory Control Specialist where your expertise will contribute significantly to our operational success!
