Warehouse & Logistics Associate (Shipping, Receiving & Field Support) We're currently looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Associate to join our shipping and receiving team. Ideal for candidates looking to get started in warehouse operations and the tech industry, this role offers hands-on experience, training, and the opportunity to grow with a company focused on sustainability, innovation, and reducing e-waste through responsible reuse and recycling. This role may include occasional out-of-town travel to assist with equipment pickups, deliveries, or site-based support. While most travel is local, some trips may require being away for two or more days at a time. All travel is company-coordinated, and lodging and per diem are provided when overnight stays are necessary. Team members in this role often gain exposure to multiple departments, including Tech, Quality Control, Logistics, and Refurbishment, making it a strong entry point for long term growth across the organization. You'll help keep operations running smoothly and ensure customers receive the right equipment on time and in great condition. Key Responsibilities Inspect, receive, and process incoming equipment Unload and load trucks efficiently and safely Pick, pack, and label customer orders with accuracy and care Enter basic data to keep inventory records up to date Support customer pickups and contribute to a positive service experience Communicate with team leads and coworkers to keep everything moving What You Bring A positive attitude with strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a safety-conscious mindset Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus — not required Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar) High school diploma or equivalent Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs. without assistance Forklift experience is a bonus — not required Interest or background in tech/IT is helpful A valid driver's license is preferred for potential future opportunities in field support or driving roles. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
