Emerald Luxury Coaches is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented General Laborer - Technician to support the installation and wiring of luxury electrical systems inside custom motor coaches. This role assists electricians in running wiring, installing components, and preparing coaches for advanced electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, entertainment systems, and control panels. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and eager to learn electrical installation in a high-end manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities- Assist electricians in wiring luxury motor coach interiors Pull, route, secure, and label electrical wiring and harnesses Install outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, breaker panels, and low-voltage components Drill, cut, and prepare mounting locations for electrical components Measure and cut wire, loom, and conduit Use hand tools and basic power tools safely Support installation of 12V, 120V, and low-voltage systems Maintain clean and organized wiring pathways Follow wiring diagrams, blueprints, and work instructions Inspect work for accuracy and quality standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all company and safety procedures Qualifications • High school diploma or GED preferred Previous electrical, automotive, RV, marine, construction, or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read a tape measure Basic understanding of electrical concepts is a plus (voltage, circuits, grounding) Ability to follow diagrams and written instructions Strong attention to detail Willingness to learn and grow within the electrical department Physical Requirements • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and work in confined spaces Ability to work inside motor coach shells during various stages of production Work Environment • Indoor manufacturing facility Work inside partially constructed motor coaches Exposure to construction materials and moderate noise Required use of PPE (safety glasses, gloves, etc.
