General Laborer

Position Summary:

Emerald Luxury Coaches is seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to support the production of high-end custom motor coaches with luxury living quarters. This role assists multiple departments throughout the build process, including electrical, interior finishing, and mechanical installation. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn a variety of skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with installation of electrical components under supervision Support interior finishing tasks such as wrapping fabric, upholstery prep, and trim work Help with installation of generators and other mechanical components Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Load, unload, and move materials and tools as needed Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Work collaboratively with team members across different departments Perform other general labor duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or general labor is a plus Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Willingness to learn multiple trades (electrical, mechanical, and interior work) Reliable attendance and punctuality

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in various positions for extended periods Comfortable working in a production/shop environment

Work Environment:

Indoor manufacturing facility Exposure to tools, equipment, noise, and shop conditions Fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on craftsmanship and quality
