Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Position Summary Perry is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packaging, and shipping customer orders while ensuring products are delivered on time and in excellent condition. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment where accuracy and teamwork are essential. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Pick, package, and label outbound shipments accurately and efficiently Verify order quantities, product selections, and shipping information before shipment Process shipping paperwork, tracking information, and system updates Coordinate shipments with carriers and ensure compliance with shipping requirements Stage and organize orders for shipment and delivery Monitor picking bins and replenish inventory as needed to maintain accurate stock levels Assist with inventory movement and warehouse organization Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse, including routine sweeping and housekeeping duties Communicate effectively with warehouse, purchasing, customer support, and sales teams regarding shipment status and order needs Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and warehouse best practices Support other warehouse operations and perform additional duties as assigned QualificationsRequired High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical warehouse tasks throughout the workday Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Previous warehouse, shipping, logistics, or distribution experience Experience using warehouse management, inventory, or shipping software Forklift experience (or willingness to be trained) Valid Texas driver's license with an acceptable driving record Work Environment Work is performed primarily in a warehouse environment Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, and moving products Exposure to varying warehouse temperatures and conditions Use of warehouse equipment, carts, pallet jacks, and shipping equipment Why Perry?
