Job Description

General Labor /
Construction Worker Pay:
$16-$24/hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM +
OVERTIME Overtime:
Available, including some Saturdays Spherion is hiring General Labor Workers for a warehouse-based construction environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a fast-paced team.
Responsibilities:
Assist with general construction and assembly tasks Use basic hand tools to complete daily assignments Read and follow blueprints or work instructions Measure, cut, and assemble materials as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Support team members to meet production goals
Requirements:
Previous general labor, construction, or warehouse experience preferred Ability to read a tape measure Ability to read basic blueprints or willingness to learn Comfortable using hand tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong work ethic and reliable attendance This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in a construction-related environment with steady hours and overtime available.
