Caterpillar's Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) is seeking talented Warehouse Associates at our Waco Work Tools Facility located at 2100 Orchard Lane Waco, TX 76705.

Shifts:

Shift/hours:

1st Shift- Monday-Friday 6am - 2pm (overtime may be required depending on business need)

Starting Wage:

$19.05/ HR Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Utilizing and inspecting heavy equipment including sit down fork truck, pallet jack and overhead hoists. Safely perform the material handling and warehousing processes required in the receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping of parts, materials, equipment, and supplies. Operate handheld scanner to access and update information for receiving, counting and order processing. Willingness to be trained on and operate order pickers, reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and overhead hoists. Keep in mind, all available positions will operate equipment. Report defects and need for repairs. Utilize pneumatic tools and/or power tools to build and construct wooden shipping containers. Utilize tools for the application of paint and rust preventative. Perform housekeeping functions as required. Other duties as assigned by Caterpillar management from time to time.

Experience:

Demonstrated longevity of at least 12 months in previous employment or volunteer experience. Equipment experience required. ( order pickers, reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and overhead hoists.)

Agility:

Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds individually, walk approximately 10 to 12 miles per day, sit, stand, squat, and bend over repetitively and consistently, throughout your shift with or without reasonable accommodation.
