Warehouse Associate Essential Duties and Responsibilities, But Not Limited To:
Job Overview:
As a Warehouse Associate at Sendero Provisions Co., you will play a vital role in our daily warehouse operations. You will be responsible for order fulfillment, inventory management, and maintaining warehouse organization. Your role will involve careful attention to detail in picking, packing, receiving, shipping, and quality control tasks while ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment:
Execute daily order picking and packing Process and fulfill daily shipments Maintain accuracy and efficiency in order processing
Inventory Management:
Receive and process inbound inventory Perform quality control checks of inventory Conduct detailed counting and inventory verification
Warehouse Operations:
Organize and streamline warehouse processes Maintain cleanliness and general warehouse maintenance Ensure safe working environment
Quality Control:
Verify order accuracy before shipping Inspect received inventory for quality Document any discrepancies or issues
Safety and Maintenance:
Follow warehouse safety rules and procedures Maintain clean and organized work areas Report any safety concerns or equipment issues
Support Functions:
Assist with special projects as needed Support team members during peak periods Help maintain warehouse efficiency standards
Support Role:
Team Collaboration Work effectively with other warehouse staff Assist during high-volume periods Process Improvement Suggest improvements to warehouse operations Help implement new procedures as directed
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and climb Ability to lift 50 pounds Capable of performing physical tasks throughout full shift
Hours and Location:
Monday to Friday with weekends as needed 8-hour shifts Day shift and possible Night Shift On-site at 1000 Schroeder Dr Ste 101 Building 1, Waco, TX 76710
