Job Title:
Material Handler Job Description The Warehouse Material Handler plays a critical role in supporting repair and test operations by ensuring accurate movement, storage, and handling of electronic equipment and materials within the facility. This role supports production flow, inventory accuracy, and safety standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Responsibilities Receive, stage, and move inbound and outbound materials throughout the facility. Accurately pull, deliver, and transfer products to production, test, and repair areas. Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus. Maintain accurate inventory transactions using scanners, WMS, or internal systems. Package and prepare units for shipment according to customer specifications. Follow ESD, safety, and quality procedures at all times. Perform basic inventory counts and assist with cycle counting as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S standards. Support production teams by ensuring materials are available when needed. Perform other duties as assigned based on operational demands. Essential Skills High school diploma or GED. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods. Basic computer or scanner experience. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Must be 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience. Forklift or pallet jack experience. Experience working in an electronics, manufacturing, or repair environment. Familiarity with inventory systems or WMS. Understanding of ESD or quality-controlled environments. Ability to troubleshoot problems and escalate when needed. Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse or repair environment. Ability to read basic blueprints, schematics, or manuals. Strong attention to safety and detail. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights. Why Work Here? It is a team-oriented, production-driven environment with a fast-paced operation and clear performance expectations. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Fort Worth, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $16.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
