Part Time Warehouse Associate

Job Overview We are a growing event rental company seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working in our warehouse during the week cleaning rental items, loading/unloading inventory to and from customer vehicles and assisting with deliveries/pickups . This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations, materials handling, and effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members. Duties Safely load/unload rental items to and from customer vehicles when needed. Load and unload rental items efficiently, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Load/unload trailers for the delivery team. Go out on route with delivery drivers to assist with setups/teardowns. Responsible for cleaning equipment and keeping warehouse organized and maintained. Utilize warehouse management systems to track deliveries and manage inventory. Pick and pack orders accurately, preparing them for deliveries. Adhere to OSHA safety standards while performing all tasks related to materials handling. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Availability during the week - high school students encouraged to apply! Experience with customers is a plus Ability to work outside in the elements Experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred. Familiarity with inventory management practices and order picking processes, including the use of cherry pickers or other lifting equipment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members. Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 75 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the day. Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to transportation and materials handling is a plus.
