Job Description:

Madi Lane Bridal is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our customer service and logistics team in processing and distributing orders to our customers. This role involves receiving shipments from our factories, organizing inventory, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position is warehouse-based, requiring individuals who can stand and walk for extended periods, lift 50+ lbs regularly (and occasionally up to 75+ lbs), and work efficiently with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Receive and check in all shipments, ensuring accuracy in inventory. Store products in appropriate space and maintain organized inventory. Pick and pack orders, verifying accuracy before shipment to customers. Generate shipping labels in UPS WorldShip for outgoing shipments, including return labels. Receive incoming packages, including shipment inventory, returns, and warehouse supplies. Stock received products onto shelves, maintaining an organized and efficient storage system. Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment. Exhibit a willingness to learn and grow with the role. Qualifications /

Skills:

Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly and 75+ lbs occasionally. Physically capable of prolonged standing and walking. Strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and multitask. Strong decision-making skills. Ability to work well in a team environment. Self-starter with a proactive approach to responsibilities. This position is ideal for someone looking to establish a stable role with a minimum 6-12 month commitment and the potential for a longer-term relationship.

Education and Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous 1 year of warehouse experience is preferred.
