Job Description

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our agriculture and feed store as a Part-Time Cashier / Warehouse Associate. This is not a standard retail cashier position. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in both customer service and warehouse environments and preferably has an agriculture, ranching, farming, hay, feed, or livestock background. You will assist customers, operate in the warehouse, move feed and hay products, load vehicles, maintain inventory areas, and help keep operations running during busy agricultural seasons.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and operate the register/POS system Load customer purchases including feed, hay, fencing supplies, livestock products, and other merchandise Repeatedly lift and move products weighing up to 115 lbs Stock shelves, organize inventory, and maintain warehouse areas Assist with receiving freight and unloading deliveries Keep yard, warehouse, and sales floor clean and organized Support vendor market and store events as needed Help customers locate products and answer basic agriculture/feed questions Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions when required
Preferred Qualifications:
Agriculture, ranching, farming, livestock, hay, feed, or equine background strongly preferred Previous warehouse, feed store, farm supply, ranch supply, or equipment experience preferred Cashier or customer service experience is a plus Forklift and/or skid steer experience is a bonus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to repeatedly lift, carry, and move up to 115 lbs throughout shifts Ability to stand, bend, lift, push, and pull for extended periods Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
