JOB SUMMARY
The Warehouse Associate's primary responsibility is to ensure accurate shipments of finished goods, receipts of all raw materials, and bin movements in the ERP system. They will assist in closing out of all production WOs. They will ensure that all inventory movements are made accurately in the ERP system. They will be involved with production processes, shipping, and receiving. Success in this position will open to grow with the business as the business grows.
MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS
Schedule inbound shipments with delivery appointments for raw materials. Assist in sampling of inbound raw materials when needed. Maintain an organized and clean storage system for finished goods and raw materials ensuring efficient product placement and retrieval both physically and in the ERP system. Stage, verify, sticker, and systematically store finished goods according to customer-specific product numbers and company inventory procedures. Prepare and process customer orders by picking, packing, and labeling finished goods to meet customer-specific requirements. Track, monitor, and prioritize customer orders to ensure timely and accurate shipping in alignment with delivery commitments. Coordinate and execute shipments of finished goods in a timely manner while meeting customer specifications and quality standards. Assist in weekly inventory cycle counts. Work with the supply chain team to help drive annual inventory counts for raw materials and finished goods. Cross trained with inventory control to help ensure all materials are accurate in the ERP system. Drive operational and systematic continuous improvement. Assisting in other duties as needed.
EDUCATION
Highschool diploma or GED required.
WORK EXPERIENCE
1-2 years' work experience in related field preferred.

Must work well in group problem solving situations and exhibit sound judgment. Ability to prioritize and use time effectively while managing competing demands. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related manufacturing software. Contribute to building a positive team spirit and display a high amount of professionalism. Takes responsibilities for own actions, takes initiatives, meets productivity standards, and generates suggestions for improving work.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position works in a manufacturing environment. Some exposure to fumes, dust or other airborne particles and exposure to allergens such as milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soybeans.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The position is almost constantly standing, sitting, bending/stooping, talking, hearing/listening, and lifting up to 55 lbs. Seldom climbing stairs/ladders.
Pay:
$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
