Junior Warehouse Systems Specialist Flatout Fulfillment Lindon, UT Job Details Full-time $18 - $20 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Computer operation Customer communication High school diploma or GED Attention to detail Full Job Description Flatout Fulfillment is looking for a motivated recent school leaver to join our growing 3PL team as a Warehouse Systems Associate and start ASAP. This is a genuine entry-level role designed for someone straight out of school (or very early in their career) who has a real interest in systems, technology, and how things work behind the scenes. No prior warehouse systems or warehouse experience is needed — we will train the right person from the ground up with the goal of them growing into a full systems ownership role. If you're a sharp, reliable school leaver who communicates well, stays patient, loves figuring things out, and is excited to learn a ton about warehouse systems and automation, we strongly encourage you to apply.
Requirements:
- Genuine interest in systems, technology, processes, and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills (you'll be explaining processes and working with the team daily)
- Patience and a calm, problem-solving mindset
- Strong willingness to learn, we'll teach you a lot, and we want someone who thrives on that
- Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
- Good attention to detail and common sense
- Comfortable with technology and quick to pick up new systems Nice-to-haves (not required):
- Experience in customer-facing roles
