Our team works closely together in a fast-paced, genuinely supportive environment where every role matters. Position Overview The Part-Time Delivery Driver and Warehouse Assistant plays a vital role in our daily operations by ensuring accurate inventory management, safe loading, and timely deliveries to our clients. This role requires a blend of physical stamina, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills during deliveries. We're looking for someone practical, dependable, and comfortable with physical work.
Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations:
Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments. Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
Order Picking & Packing:
Accurately pick items from stock based on order invoices and securely pack them for transit.
Delivery & Transportation:
Load the delivery vehicle safely, plan efficient routes, and deliver goods to customers or local hubs on time.
Customer Service:
Act as the face of the company during deliveries, handling drop-offs professionally and obtaining necessary signatures/receipts.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Perform basic daily inspections of the delivery vehicle (checking fluids, tire pressure, and fuel levels) and report any issues. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Motor Vehicle Record check required). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods Strong organizational and time-management skills. Basic computer/smartphone literacy (for inventory tracking and navigation apps).
