These full-time positions will support yard operations such as loading and unloading materials, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. If you enjoy hands-on work, are comfortable working outdoors, and want to be considered for future openings as they become available—this is a great opportunity to get ahead of the summer rush. Responsibilities Load and unload lumber and building materials with care and efficiency Safely transport materials throughout the yard to designated locations Perform general labor tasks to support daily yard operations as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Work effectively in outdoor conditions throughout all seasons and weather types Qualifications Physically able to lift and carry 50+ lbs on a regular basis Willing and able to work outside in diverse and sometimes varying weather conditions Steel-toed boots are mandatory for safety compliance Previous experience in construction, carpentry, or general labor Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions accurately Possesses a strong work ethic with a positive, team-oriented attitude Must pass national background check Pay $18.00 per hour Schedule Full Time | Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Day Shift) | 3:30 PM - 11:00 PM (Swing Shift) Nexeo Benefits
