Build hands-on experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, and inventory control. Work in a team-focused warehouse environment with temp-to-hire potential. Earn competitive weekly pay while supporting accurate, on-time customer shipments. Duties & Responsibilities Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for accurate and timely shipment. Verify product quantities, shipment details, and documentation to reduce errors. Load and unload trucks safely while following warehouse procedures. Receive incoming materials and help organize products in designated storage areas. Maintain accurate inventory records using basic computer systems and warehouse documentation. Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely; forklift operation may apply if certified. Keep the shipping area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Communicate with production, inventory, and logistics teams to help orders move efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements Required:

Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, order picking, packing, or logistics experience. Basic computer skills for inventory records, labels, shipping documents, and order processing. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and ability to verify product counts accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while following safety procedures. Reliable attendance and ability to work the assigned Monday through Friday schedule.

Preferred:

Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment. Experience with inventory control, shipping software, scanners, or warehouse management systems. Manufacturing, nutraceutical, food production, or distribution warehouse experience.
