This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, adaptable, and willing to assist with changing priorities in a team-oriented environment. Scheduling for this position is flexible based on business needs. Responsibilities Perform general facility and grounds support tasks as assigned. Assist with cleanup, organization, and maintenance of work areas. Move, load, unload, and organize materials, supplies, or equipment. Support basic labor needs for site upkeep and daily operations. Follow instructions, safety procedures, and company standards while completing assigned work. Adapt to changing priorities and assist with additional tasks as needed. Qualifications Ability to perform physical labor in a facility and grounds environment. Willingness to assist with a variety of tasks, including cleanup and material handling. Dependable attendance and ability to follow direction. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong work ethic and flexibility to support changing daily needs. Prior general labor, maintenance, or grounds experience is helpful but not required.
