Duties Safely load and unload shipments using forklifts, and pallet jacks Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems Use cranes and heavy equipment for lifting and moving large or bulky items efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by properly storing materials on pallets or racks. Assist in construction-related tasks or heavy lifting projects as needed to support warehouse expansion or maintenance. Support warehouse supervision by following safety protocols, conducting inspections, and reporting any hazards or mechanical issues promptly. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, shipping & receiving, or related roles. Valid certification for forklift operation, crane use, clamp trucks, or other heavy equipment is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety procedures in a warehouse setting. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and inventory control processes. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively for extended periods. Prior warehouse supervisor experience is a plus but not required; leadership skills are valued.
