  • ### Position Overview LivGreen Manufacturing is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Warehouse Inventory Control Specialist to manage and maintain accurate inventory levels across our manufacturing and fulfillment operations. This role is critical to ensuring production efficiency, minimizing shrinkage, and maintaining compliance with GMP standards.
  • ### Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
  • Perform routine cycle counts and full physical inventory audits
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, variances, and reporting issues
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reordering with procurement and production teams
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices are followed
  • Track lot numbers, expiration dates, and compliance documentation
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure materials are staged and available
  • Maintain organized warehouse layout to maximize efficiency and safety
  • Utilize inventory management systems (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP, or WMS platforms)
  • Generate inventory reports and provide insights to leadership
  • Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics
  • Strong understanding of inventory systems, cycle counting, and reconciliation processes
  • Experience in a GMP-regulated environment (supplements, food, or pharmaceuticals preferred)
  • Proficiency with inventory software and Microsoft Excel
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Preferred Experience
  • Experience in nutraceutical, food manufacturing, or CPG industries
  • Familiarity with lot tracking, COAs, and regulatory compliance
  • Experience with barcode scanning systems or warehouse automation
