Full-time, in-person What You'll Do Loading Hand-load boxes from a conveyor into trailers Scan packages with handheld devices Move cages between staging areas and trailers Organize and secure freight efficiently Unloading Unload boxes from trailers onto conveyors Scan and sort packages into designated cages Work quickly and accurately in a high-volume environment Pay Performance-based compensation (paid per trailer/case) Typical earnings: $16•25/hour Top performers: $25•35/hour Schedule Monday-Thursday 7:00 AM-5:30 PM Four 10-hour shifts per week Occasional weekend work Requirements Reliable attendance and punctuality Pass background check and drug screening Lift and carry 5-50 lbs regularly Handle sustained physical labor Reliable transportation Relocate to the area before starting (if not already local) Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Things to Consider Pros Four-day workweek Potential to earn above average pay if you're fast and efficient Benefits included Potential Challenges Physically demanding work Earnings may vary because pay is performance-based Long shifts (10 hours) Background check and drug screening required If you'd like, I can also help you: tailor your resume for this job, estimate realistic earnings, prepare interview answers, or evaluate whether this job is a good fit for your experience.
