We are looking for reliable, energetic individuals who can perform well in a physically demanding and fast-moving warehouse setting while earning production-based pay. Role Summary This position involves loading and unloading freight trailers in a safe, organized, and efficient manner. Team members are expected to maintain accuracy and productivity throughout the shift.

Essential Job Functions Trailer Loading:

Load packages by hand from conveyor systems into trailers Use handheld devices to scan freight into outgoing trailers Move cages and freight containers throughout the dock area Stack and arrange freight securely to maximize space and safety

Trailer Unloading:

Remove boxes from inbound trailers onto conveyor lines Scan and separate freight into designated holding cages Maintain workflow speed while following accuracy and safety procedures Pay Structure Compensation is based on production and completed freight volume Typical earnings range between $16 and $25 per hour High-performing employees may earn up to $35 per hour Faster and more efficient work increases earning opportunities

Shift Details Weekend Overnight Schedule:

Friday through

Sunday Hours:

7:00 PM to 7:30 AM Three 12-hour shifts each weekend Additional weekday hours may be available depending on operational needs Qualifications Dependable attendance and punctuality are mandatory Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test Ability to repeatedly lift and move packages weighing 5-50 lbs Capable of handling continuous physical activity during long shifts Reliable transportation is required
