What You'll Do Loading:
Hand-load boxes from conveyors into trailers Scan packages using handheld scanners Move freight cages between staging areas Organize and secure loads
Unloading:
Remove boxes from trailers onto conveyors Scan and sort packages into designated cages Work efficiently in a high-volume environment Pay Performance-based compensation (per trailer/per case) Average earnings: $16•25/hour Top performers: $25•35/hour Schedule Monday-Thursday 7:00 AM-5:30 PM Four 10-hour shifts per week Occasional weekend work Requirements Reliable attendance and punctuality Pass background check and drug screening Lift and carry 5-50 lbs repeatedly Handle sustained physical labor Reliable transportation Relocate to the area before starting (if not already local) Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Who This Job Fits This role is best suited for someone who: Enjoys physical work and staying active Is comfortable working at a fast pace Wants the opportunity to increase earnings through productivity Can consistently handle lifting and repetitive movement throughout the shift If you'd like, I can also help you: Write a resume tailored to this job Draft a cover letter Prepare for an interview Evaluate whether this job is a good fit for your experience and goals.
