The Warehouse Associate and Delivery Driver play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and shipping products, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring orders are prepared and dispatched efficiently. This role also includes driving our box truck to deliver and install furniture and product at job sites — so a clean driving record and a positive attitude on the road are a must. Receiving & Inspection — Unload and inspect incoming shipments, verify quantities and conditions against shipping documents, and flag any discrepancies immediately. Inventory Management — Maintain accurate stock records, perform regular cycle counts, organize inventory for easy access, and report discrepancies to the supervisor. Order Fulfillment — Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and care to prevent damage during transport. Shipping & Dispatch — Process outgoing shipments, prepare shipping labels, coordinate carrier pickups, and ensure timely dispatch. Delivery & Installation — Drive company box truck to deliver and place furniture and product at job sites. Load and unload safely and professionally. Equipment Operation — Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed to move product safely and efficiently. Safety & Compliance — Follow all safety protocols including proper lifting techniques, PPE use, and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. OFS INTERIORS

Team Collaboration — Work closely with warehouse associates, PMs, and cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and support smooth operations. Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S
High school diploma or GED equivalent required. No prior warehouse experience required — we provide on-the-job training and are happy to work with the right candidate. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required for box truck operation. Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to lift up to 50+lbs repeatedly and stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift. Basic math skills and ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail — accuracy in picking, packing, and receiving matters. Reliable, punctual, and able to show up consistently — this is a team environment and your presence counts. Ability to take direction, learn quickly, and stay focused in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed. P R E F E R R E D S K I L L S
Forklift operator certification or willingness to obtain one — we can help with this. Prior experience in any labor, construction, moving, delivery, retail stocking, or trade environment. Familiarity with inventory management systems or basic warehouse software. Experience delivering or installing furniture or construction products. Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for basic logistics tracking. Experience working in a physically demanding job — landscaping, construction, moving, manufacturing, etc. all count. Spanish language skills a plus in a bilingual team environment. W O R K I N G C O N D I T I O N S
Warehouse environment — temperatures may fluctuate seasonally; appropriate clothing recommended. Physically demanding role:
frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift. Repetitive motion involved in picking, packing, and loading tasks. Noise levels are moderate — hearing protection may be required in certain areas. Occasional overtime or weekend work during peak project periods. Regular off-site driving to deliver and install product at job sites across the region. Safety equipment (steel-toed boots, gloves, high-visibility vest) required — some PPE provided by OFS. Entry-level candidates welcome — a strong work ethic and willingness to learn matter more than a resume. Pay:
