Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Sorter/Worker, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring efficient operations and seamless distribution processes. Responsibilities Sort and organize incoming and outgoing inventory using RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, and other heavy equipment Assist with order picking, packing, and fulfillment to ensure timely delivery of products Operate warehouse equipment such as cranes, order pickers, and heavy machinery safely and efficiently in accordance with OSHA standards Manage inventory control through accurate tracking using warehouse management systems like AS400 or similar platforms Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of materials while adhering to safety protocols Support shipping & receiving processes by verifying shipment accuracy and maintaining detailed records Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following proper materials handling procedures and mechanical knowledge guidelines Qualifications Previous warehouse experience or similar roles involving stock management, order fulfillment, or materials handling is preferred Familiarity with warehouse distribution systems and inventory management tools such as RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly desirable Ability to operate heavy equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers—certifications are a plus Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of packaging techniques and construction safety standards (OSHA compliance) Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and performing repetitive tasks efficiently Experience in shipping & receiving operations or manufacturing environments is advantageous Excellent attention to detail for inventory control and order accuracy Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining safety standards Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to excellence in warehouse distribution!
