$50-60K About the Role We are seeking a detail‑oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, processing, storing, shipping inventory, staging material onto trailers, and driving the trailer to job sites while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Responsibilities Manage inventory, organize warehouse stock, and track material usage

• 15% Stage materials, equipment, and tools onto trailers for upcoming projects
• 20% Drive truck and 22' trailer to and from job sites
• 20% Load and unload materials, equipment, and inventory
• 10% Perform PMs and basic maintenance on equipment, generators, compressors, and tools
• 10% Maintain warehouse organization and support 5S initiatives
• 10% Assist with receiving deliveries, verifying inventory counts, and updating Excel/Smartsheet trackers
• 10% Operate forklifts to move and organize material/equipment safely

Preferred Qualifications:

Maintenance or inventory clerk experience (required) Excel or Smartsheet experience (required) Forklift experience (required) Ability to lift 50+ pounds (required) Ability to drive a truck with a 22' trailer (required) Good driving record (required) 5S experience (preferred) Experience performing PMs (preferred) — experience with generators or air compressor systems is a plus Benefits Health Insurance, IRA with company match
