Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM About the Opportunity Candidate Source has immediate openings for Warehouse Unloaders in Ashland, VA. This role is responsible for unloading inbound trailers and shipping containers, building pallets, and supporting warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy physical work, staying active throughout the day, and working as part of a warehouse team. What You'll Do Unload floor-loaded trailers and shipping containers Build pallets using boxes of apparel weighing approximately 15-55 pounds Use manual pallet jacks to move completed pallets Wrap finished pallets for storage or movement Support general warehouse operations as needed What We're Looking For Reliable transportation to the Ashland, VA area Valid driver's license Comfortable working in a warehouse environment Ability to unload boxes and palletize products throughout an 8-hour shift Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the workday Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and reliability Why Join?
