Ashland, VA Adecco Staffing is Hiring! Adecco is currently seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our client's growing team. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys working in a hands-on warehouse environment, isfortable operating equipment, and can adapt to a variety of daily responsibilities. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong attention to detail and a willingness to support all aspects of warehouse operations. Job Summary As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for supporting shipping, receiving, inventory management, order processing, and forklift operations. This role requires flexibility, as employees work collaboratively and responsibilities to ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations. Because this is a smaller warehouse environment, team members are expected to assist wver needed and contribute to overall operational success. Key Responsibilities Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently to move, stage, load, and unload materials. Receive, inspect, and store iing inventory and shipments. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Enter order information intoputer systems accurately and efficiently. Generate and shipping labels, pick tickets, and related documentation. Verify order accuracy and ensure shipments are processed according to customer requirements. Maintainanized inventory locations and assist with stock management. Support shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading trucks. Assist with general warehouse housekeeping andanization. Work collaboratively with coworkers toplete daily operational tasks. Follow allpany safety policies and warehouse procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned to support warehouse operations. Qualifications

Required:

Previous warehouse experience preferred. Experience operating a sit-down forklift. Basicputer skills, including data entry and document ing. Ability to read and process pick tickets, shipping documents, and labels. Strong attention to detail andanizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent attendance and reliability.

Preferred:

Experience with inventory control and warehouse management systems. Prior experience in shipping and receiving operations. Forklift certification (or ability to be certified). Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures. Comfortable operating warehouse equipment and performing physical tasks. Pay Details:
