The Opportunity We're looking for a reliable, self-directed Warehouse Operations Associate to own our returns and fulfillment operations at our off-site warehouse. This is a part-time role averaging 20-30 hours per week with flexible scheduling — you'll work on your own, set the pace, and take real ownership of the processes that keep our customers happy and our inventory organized. What You'll Do Process and manage customer returns using Ledbury's Returns Software Catalog, label, and organize returned products with accuracy and care Fold and re-package all salable returns to Ledbury standards Assess and process defective or modified items, including donations and unsalable goods Serve as Ledbury's on-site point person for inbound and outbound shipments for special events Communicate with the Customer Experience team to support timely, accurate returns and exchanges Collaborate with Production and E-commerce teams to improve returns processes Help organize and prepare merchandise for semi-annual sample sales Who You Are Highly organized — you create systems, maintain them, and improve them over time A self-starter who is comfortable working independently without daily supervision A clear communicator, whether by email, instant message, or video call Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Excel, Google Sheets, Gmail) Passionate about clothing and takes pride in being part of a brand people love Experience with inventory management is a plus Compensation & Schedule $18/hour 20-30 hours per week Flexible scheduling
