Job Description

The General Laborer is responsible for performing a wide range of physical tasks to support daily operations in various work environments, including warehouse, manufacturing, construction, and production facilities. This role requires reliability, physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • General Duties
  • + Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, loading, unloading, and moving materials or products + Assist with setup, operation, and cleanup of work areas + Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads to complete tasks safely and efficiently + Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times + Support team members in completing daily assignments and production goals
  • Warehouse & Material Handling
  • + Load and unload shipments, trucks, and containers + Sort, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment or storage + Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and scanners + Assist with inventory management, including counting and organizing materials + Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for quality and accuracy
  • Production / Manufacturing Support
  • + Assist with assembly line production and packaging of goods + Feed raw materials into machines and monitor basic operations + Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards + Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with specifications + Report equipment issues or production problems to supervisors
  • Facility Maintenance & Cleaning
  • + Maintain cleanliness of workspaces, equipment, and common areas + Remove debris, trash, or hazardous materials from work areas + Follow sanitation and safety protocols at all times + Perform minor maintenance or repair support as needed
  • Safety & Compliance
  • + Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines + Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) + Report unsafe conditions, accidents, or incidents immediately + Participate in safety trainings and meetings
  • Qualifications
  • Required:
  • + High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not always required) + Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs + Strong work ethic and reliability + Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team + Basic communication skills
  • Preferred:
  • + Previous experience in warehouse, construction, manufacturing, or general labor + Experience operating equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks + Basic mechanical or technical skills + Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

  • Physical Requirements
  • + Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift for extended periods + Lift and carry up to 25-50 lbs regularly + Work in varying conditions (indoor/outdoor, hot/cold environments) + Perform repetitive motions such as lifting, pushing, pulling
  • Pay Details:
  • $20.
