Warehouse Assistant

We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly. Job Responsibilities As a Warehouse Assistant, you will support daily warehouse operations, including:

Job Staging :

Pull projects to stage in the container or loading dock for technicians to pick up late night or early morning.

Down-Stocking :

Walk the aisles to identify low or missing stock, replenish as needed, and ensure products are complete and correctly placed.

Shelf/Project Restructuring :

Re-organize shelf space to accommodate new incoming projects and inventory volumes.

Weekly Unassigned Equipment Logs :

Review residential & commercial shelves vs. Excel logs, update product notes when reassigned, and submit updates to Sales, Commercial, and Accounting teams.

Delivery Overflow Support :

Assist with choke points when the loading dock is backlogged. Check in product and put it away properly.

Monthly Job Audit Research :

Review residential equipment (first week of every month), pull material received over 90 days ago, and check Salesforce to determine if items should go to stock or remain scheduled.

Daily Walkthroughs/Sweeping :

Maintain a clean, organized warehouse by breaking down trash, sweeping surfaces, and organizing misplaced equipment.

Model Equipment Organization :

Organize regularly returned model equipment by product type, ensuring completeness and functionality. Special/Misc.

Projects :

Assist with Home Depot pickups, in-office projects, product testing/quality checks (TVs, wall safes, etc.), pallet cutting, and other assigned tasks. Requirements Ability to lift up to 100 lbs . Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Hands-on learner with willingness to adapt to changing warehouse needs. Dependable, hardworking, and motivated with a strong work ethic .
