Job Summary:
The Warehouse General Laborer performs general warehouse duties to include maintaining warehouse cleaning and housekeeping, damage restack and, or rework, stacking product, picking up down pallets, and other tasks associated with maintaining an efficient and safe warehouse operation to support business needs.
Essential Duties:
Completes assigned cleaning and housekeeping tasks as assigned or determined by the warehouse cleaning schedule Reworks all salvageable cases of warehouse damage into saleable cases and returns them to the pick floor, while completing and providing inventory personnel with the appropriate documentation Organizes and reworks all salvageable cases of trade damages into saleable cases within its appropriate designated area and returns them to the pick floor, while completing and providing inventory personnel with the appropriate documentation Performs other tasks which may be assigned by Warehouse Management including, but not limited to, damage restack and, or rework, stacking product, picking up down pallets utilizing a pallet jack, as determined All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalency Electric pallet jack experience At least 6 months in a warehouse/distribution facility Completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening Why work for Qualified Staffing?
