With over 20 years of experience, we operate a robust warehouse network dedicated to operational excellence and innovative logistics solutions. Overview We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Operator to join our team and contribute to efficient warehouse operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with forklifts, manage inventory, support order fulfillment processes like picking, packing and receiving orders in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to develop their skills in warehouse management and materials handling. Duties Operate reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment safely to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to accurately pick, pack, and process orders for shipment Perform order picking and packing with precision to ensure timely order fulfillment Handle shipping and receiving tasks, verifying inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and quality control Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring proper placement of inventory and maintaining organized storage areas Assist with warehouse distribution activities by loading trucks and preparing shipments for delivery Conduct regular quality checks on materials and products to uphold safety standards and minimize errors Requirements Strong physical ability for heavy lifting, load & unload tasks, and mechanical knowledge of equipment operation Experience in shipping & receiving, order picking & packing, and stock management within a warehouse setting is a plus but not required Ability to follow safety protocols diligently while performing mechanical tasks or operating heavy equipment Must be able to pass a background check and E-verify Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to operational excellence!
