Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, preparing shipments, and supporting daily warehouse functions to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers and maintain a well-organized, safe, and productive environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, equipment operation, and logistics processes. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, move, and organize stock safely and efficiently Assist with order picking and packing using order pickers and warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure accurate fulfillment of customer orders Stock shelves, bins, and storage areas with incoming inventory and replenish supplies as needed Prepare shipments by packaging products securely according to company standards and shipping requirements Conduct shipping & receiving activities, verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation Utilize basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and calculations related to order fulfillment Support warehouse distribution operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols in accordance with company policies Requirements Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution environments preferred ;Valid certification for forklift or experience is a plus Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and AS400 or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, and load & unload activities using pallet jacks or other equipment Strong attention to detail for accurate order picking & packing, inventory management, and stock replenishment Basic math skills for inventory counts and measurements necessary for order fulfillment Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within the team and follow safety procedures Join us in creating an energetic work environment where your contributions directly impact customer satisfaction!
