Duties Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment to ensure smooth workflow Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites, including debris removal and waste disposal Support team members with setup and breakdown of tools, machinery, or work areas Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and verifying stock levels Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards Qualifications Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Basic physical fitness suitable for manual labor tasks Excellent attention to safety procedures and detail-oriented mindset Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled shifts Prior experience in general labor or construction is a plus but not required—training will be provided! Pay:
