Job Summary:

S & S Electrical Services, Inc is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operator to support both our commercial and residential electrical projects. This role is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring strong attention to detail and accuracy. The Warehouse Operator will be responsible for pulling and preparing materials, measuring wire, maintaining accurate inventory, delivering materials to job sites, and ensuring our teams have what they need to keep projects running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pull materials daily for both commercial and residential projects using provided pull sheets. Measure and cut wire per project specifications. Perform regular cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory counts. Complete and maintain service order sheets accurately and on time. Use computers to update inventory, track materials, and process documentation. Load and unload trucks, both manually and with equipment, ensuring materials are handled safely. Deliver materials to job sites as needed, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Lift, carry, and move materials weighing between 25-75 lbs as required. Handle objects at various heights (floor, thigh, waist, and shoulder levels). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Follow all safety procedures and site leadership instructions. Perform other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong work ethic and reliable attendance. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently, and 75 lbs with assistance or reasonable accommodation. Comfortable being on your feet for most of the shift (standing, walking, bending, reaching). High energy, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, physical work environment. Comfortable working with computers and basic software for inventory and documentation. Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete paperwork accurately. Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred but not required
