    Work Environment
    • This role is based in an
    • outdoor warehouse
    • that is not climate‑controlled. You'll work in hot summers and cold winters, with fans and heaters provided as needed. +
    • Shift:
    • 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. +
    • Overtime:
    • Up to 2 hours/day + occasional Saturdays +
    • Daily routine:
    • Park in the front lot → check in with security → walk through the yard to the back warehouse + Hands‑on environment using
    • hand tools, power tools, shrink‑wrap equipment, vacuum sealers
    • , and working alongside forklift operations + Standard industrial workwear expected

    • This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newport News, VA.
    • Pay and Benefits
    • The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
