We are currently hiring a Crate Builder for a full-time 1st-shift position in Newport News. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in construction, warehouse, or general labor who enjoy working with tools and building materials.

$16.00/hour Key Responsibilities Build and assemble wooden crates according to specifications Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Measure, cut, and handle lumber and other materials Perform general labor tasks, including lifting, moving, and organizing materials Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow work instructions and meet production goals Qualifications Previous experience in construction, carpentry, or general labor preferred Comfortable using hand and power tools Ability to read basic measurements and follow instructions Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and work ethic PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
