Craft and Technical Solutions is an established Marine and Industrial Staffing Company with offices all over the country. We partner with businesses as well as job seekers to place individuals into positions efficiently. Currently, we are reviewing resumes for General Laborers who are DBIDs eligible in Norfolk, VA.

Responsibilities:

Perform general labor duties supporting operations. Load, unload, stage, and transport materials and equipment. Use hand and power tools for assembly, fabrication, and installation. Follow safety requirements and maintain a clean work area. Assist with material handling, staging, and inventory organization. Operate forklifts and other industrial equipment as required..

Skills:

Must be DBIDS eligible. Valid REAL ID required. Demonstrated proficiency using hand and power tools. Ability to read, understand, and work from blueprints and technical drawings. Basic mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of mechanical systems. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow directions accurately. Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
