Warehouse Team Member

WT Collection is a B2B wholesaler for home decor. We are seeking a permanent Warehouse Associate to assist in picking, packing, unloading heavy boxes from containers to the designated location in the warehouse, basic data entry, and more. Requirements for

Warehouse Associate:

You will report to the Warehouse Manager MUST be great & accurate with numbers (this is an absolute must as you will constantly be counting inventory for packing orders) Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs (unloading containers) Must be able to work in outdoor temperatures (our warehouse is hot during the summer and gets cold during the winter) Must be willing to follow directions and work as a team with warehouse employees and office employees; however, tasks will mostly be independent Must have at least 2 years of warehouse experience Must be able to pick & pack all assigned orders within the given time-frame Please keep in mind that this position is physically demanding and requires heavy-lifting.

Two 10-minute breaks Little supervision: This position will require you to constantly be moving around the warehouse as you pick and pack products for orders - so no one will be hovering over your shoulder, but your pace and work-ethic will be monitored. We encourage you to do what you can to focus on the task, whether it be listening to music or grabbing a cup of coffee in our break room. M-F 7:30am to 4pm schedule, overtime during busy season possible; Off on major Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, etc.); Bi-weekly paychecks; Working with a group of people with a sense of humor; Annual company Christmas party; Benefits available after 1 year of full-time employment;
