Warehouse Worker

Norfolk VA Pay $16.00 Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM We are seeking a hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our fast-paced team. This role is critical to our daily operations, involving the shipping and receiving of materials, order fulfillment, and inventory management. Shipping & Receiving:

Efficiently handle the incoming and outgoing flow of materials. •

Order Fulfillment:

Pull orders for delivery trucks and assemble daily orders according to company procedures. •

Quality Control:

Inspect packages and shipping containers to ensure they are undamaged and meet all shipping regulations. •

Logistics:

Weigh packages and apply appropriate labeling; repackage materials as needed. •

Inventory Management:

Stock shelves and maintain an organized warehouse space. •

Equipment Operation:

Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility. Requirements & Qualifications •

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required. •

Experience:

Previous Forklift experience is required. •

Physical Ability:

Must be able to lift 50+ pounds consistently and stand/walk for long hours. •

Skills:

Strong math skills, excellent organizational abilities, and great time management. •

Communication:

Good communication skills to work effectively within a team. •

Reliability:

Must have personal reliable transportation and the ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment. •

Compliance:
