Role Overview:

BEPC is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support our client's warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The Warehouse Associate will help ensure accurate receiving, inspection, storage, labeling, picking, and replenishment of materials while supporting quality system requirements and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and help maintain the effectiveness of the quality system. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Package and label customer orders accurately and according to procedures. Use warehouse computer systems to process receipts, putaways, picks, and replenishments. Inspect incoming products and verify shipments against manifests for accuracy. Report inventory discrepancies to inventory control or management for resolution. Partner with Quality Assurance teams to support the disposition of incoming product. Follow written operating procedures and maintain compliance with warehouse safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required. Ability to perform basic math and follow written operating procedures. Ability to read, understand, and make decisions based on documented instructions. Ability to read product labels and picking sheets preferred. Forklift certification preferred, or ability to become certified through company-provided training. Ability to communicate discrepancies clearly to a warehouse supervisor. Ability to operate a rolling pushcart, electric forklift, and manual pallet jack.

Contract Details:

Contract opportunity Work environment includes warehouse operations with exposure to moving equipment, temperature-controlled areas, and occasional outdoor conditions when loading doors are open. Extended hours may be required based on business needs. Physical requirements include frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, stooping, kneeling, repetitive hand use, and lifting up to 70 lbs from ground to waist, as well as pushing and pulling.
