26-05020 Job Summary The Warehouse Associateis responsible for supporting warehouse operations through receiving, storing, picking, and shipping activities while ensuring compliance with quality system standards. The role includes operating material handling equipment, processing inventory transactions through computer systems, inspecting incoming materials for accuracy, and supporting quality assurance and inventory control processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to perform physical warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities Implement and maintain effectiveness of the quality system in daily warehouse operations
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and pushcarts
Process receipts, putaways, picks, and replenishments using warehouse computer systems
Package and label customer orders accurately according to specifications
Inspect incoming products and verify accuracy against shipping manifests
Identify and escalate inventory discrepancies to inventory control or management
Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to disposition incoming products
Maintain accurate inventory handling and ensure compliance with operational procedures
Support general warehouse operations including organizing, staging, and handling materials
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned Job Requirements High school diploma or GED required
Ability to perform basic math and follow written operating procedures
Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed instructions and picking sheets
Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification (company provided)
Ability to operate forklifts, manual pallet jacks, and rolling pushcarts
Ability to communicate inventory discrepancies to supervisors or management
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials and documentation
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with changing priorities Work Experience Previous warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, or inventory control experience preferred
