Day Shift (Full-Time | Overtime Available) Position Overview We are looking for a reliable and energetic Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to join our fast-paced distribution team in Portsmouth. This role directly supports a critical medical manufacturing facility, ensuring that life-saving materials are staged, organized, and shipped with 100% accuracy. Key Responsibilities Equipment & Material Handling:

Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.

Physical Operations:

Perform heavy lifting (up to 70 lbs) and manual tasks to ensure the efficient flow of production materials.

Inventory & Quality Control:

Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, report any discrepancies immediately, and collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to maintain high standards.

Order Processing:

Follow written pick sheets and instructions to package and label orders for shipment with speed and precision.

Workplace Maintenance:

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with facility safety protocols.

Requirements Education:

High School Diploma or GED is required ( Must provide physical proof/diploma upon hire ).

Experience:

Previous experience in a warehouse, industrial, or manufacturing environment is required.

Physicality:

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand/walk for the duration of a shift.

Basic Skills:

Strong basic math and reading comprehension skills to interpret shipping documents and pick sheets.

Growth Mindset:

Willingness to learn and obtain a forklift certification (training provided on-site).
