- to ensure our packaging lines run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Line Replenishment:
- Keep production lines fully supplied by consistently delivering components, maximizing workflow and minimizing downtime. +
Inventory Control:
- Accurately count, verify, and document component quantities before distributing to lines and cross-check any returned stock. +
Equipment Operation:
- Safely operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and manual hoists after completing required shift checklists. +
Line Clearance:
- Clear leftover materials from completed orders, preparing the lines for the next product lot. +
Data Documentation:
- Enter information accurately and legibly in batch production records, logbooks, and clean-up sheets. +
Hazardous Materials:
- Properly handle, transfer, and label hazardous waste in line with EPA regulations, especially for aerosol lines. +
Workplace Organization:
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace by actively applying 5S and pharmaceutical plant practices.

Certification:
- Must have and maintain a valid, active forklift operator certification. +
Compliance Knowledge:
- Ability to strictly follow cGMP, OSHA, and site-specific safety protocols. +
Technical Skills:
- Basic computer literacy required; familiarity with SAP or warehouse management systems (WMS) highly preferred. +
Physical Stamina:
- Capable of standing, sitting, bending, and pulling for 8- to 12-hour shifts, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
