Operations / Warehouse Richmond Express is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Overnight Warehouse Associate / Driver to support evening warehouse operations and delivery services. This position is responsible for light warehouse receiving duties, package handling, inventory support, and scheduled driving assignments following warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, capable of working independently, and committed to maintaining safety and professionalism both in the warehouse and while operating company vehicles. Schedule Night shift Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 9p 5a Hours may vary based on operational needs and route volume Compensation Hourly pay $18 Overtime opportunities may be available Essential Duties & Responsibilities Warehouse Responsibilities Receive and unload incoming shipments Verify packages against manifests or receiving documentation Sort, stage, and organize freight within the warehouse Assist with light inventory control and warehouse organization Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment Report damaged freight, shortages, or discrepancies promptly Assist with loading outbound vehicles as needed Driving Responsibilities Complete scheduled local delivery and pickup routes after warehouse operations Operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with company policies Conduct pretrip and posttrip vehicle inspections Maintain communication with dispatch regarding route status and delays Follow all traffic laws and defensive driving practices Ensure accurate and timely delivery of freight and packages Qualifications Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred Previous warehouse, delivery, or courier experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Dependable attendance and punctuality required Comfortable working evening shifts and flexible hours as needed Work Environment Warehouse and driving environment Frequent lifting, bending, walking, and standing Exposure to varying weather conditions during deliveries Additional Requirements Must pass background check and motor vehicle record review Must comply with all Richmond Express safety and vehicle policies
