Job Description Garnier Thiebaut, Inc. is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in South Boston, Virginia. This is a full-time position offering a stable Monday-Friday schedule and competitive benefits. We are looking for a hardworking, dependable individual with a strong attendance record who takes pride in their work, works well with others, and is committed to being a valuable member of the team. Responsibilities Pull, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently Load and unload floor-loaded containers; down-stack LTL shipments as needed Organize, move, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations Help identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged product or issues Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed Maintain clean, safe & organized and work areas Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Follow established warehouse policies, procedures and safety guidelines Use computers, warehouse software, and Microsoft Office applications Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Work well with others and contribute positively to a team Adapt to varying warehouse conditions (hot in summer, cold in winter) Regularly lift, move, and carry up to 75 pounds without assistance Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Prior warehouse or distribution experience Current forklift certification Familiarity with inventory software, databases and warehouse systems Knowledge of standard warehouse procedures and safety practices Strong organizational and time-management skills Reliable attendance and dependability Ability to reliably commute to work every day.
