In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of equipment and systems within the warehouse environment. Duties Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on warehouse equipment including conveyor systems, hydraulics, electrical systems, and HVAC/R units. Utilize schematics, technical manuals, and control system diagrams to diagnose issues accurately. Conduct preventative maintenance using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to schedule and document all maintenance activities. Operate precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to assess electrical and mechanical conditions. Repair or replace components involving welding (including welding), hydraulics, low voltage electrical systems, and high voltage circuits. Maintain safety standards by inspecting scissor lifts, forklifts, and other industrial equipment; ensure compliance with OSHA regulations. Support field service activities by troubleshooting industrial electrician issues, assisting with HVAC/R systems, and performing general maintenance tasks across the facility. Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance procedures and enhance overall operational efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in an industrial maintenance or manufacturing facility environment with strong mechanical knowledge. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and electrical troubleshooting using tools like ammeters and ohmmeters. Familiarity with CMMS software for scheduling and documenting maintenance activities. Skilled in hydraulics, welding (including welding), HVAC/R systems, and industrial electrician work involving high voltage and low voltage circuits. Ability to operate scissor lifts safely; relevant certifications preferred. Strong analysis skills for diagnosing complex mechanical or electrical issues quickly. Industrial mechanic experience combined with knowledge of industrial safety standards is highly desirable. Excellent customer service mindset with the ability to communicate technical information clearly in English. Military background or field service experience is a plus due to the discipline and problem-solving skills developed in those environments.
